Sometimes trouble comes along
And with it sadness and pain.
We may feel there's no way out.
There's nothing left to gain.

That's the time to renew our faith,
To listen to our Father's voice.
He wants to give us strength,
And help us make a choice.

Though things seem so hopeless,
No trial is too great.
God will give us comfort,
For us he does await.

Salvation

M't:18:11: For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
  M't:18:12: How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?
  M't:18:13: And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
  M't:18:14: Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
  Lu:19:9: And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
  Lu:19:10: For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
  Joh:3:14: And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
  Joh:3:15: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
  Joh:3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
  Joh:3:17: For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
  Joh:3:18: He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

God so loved the world

Joh:3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh:3:17: For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh:3:18: He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Joh:3:19: And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Joh:3:20: For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
Joh:3:21: But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought i

Righteousness by faith of Jesus Christ

Ro:3:21: But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Ro:3:22: Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Ro:3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Ro:3:24: Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Ro:3:25: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Ro:3:26: To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Confess with thy mouth

Ro:10:6: But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
Ro:10:7: Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
Ro:10:8: But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
Ro:10:9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Ro:10:10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
